I have a Android tablet but it is not recognized by the Android Market as a device therefore I have problems installing some of the applications.

I’m very intrigued by Android and I believe it will be a dominant player in the online space which is cemented with the fact that the number of android devices being registered is increasing exponentially (Andy Rubin has posted on Google+ that 700,000 Android devices are activated everyday . I have been trying to wrap my head around the Android ecosystem therefore I need a android based device which is recognized by the Android Market as a legitimate device.

Android Development

I started looking for emulators of Android devices on applications that would allow you to run Android on Windows based PC. I came across the post “Install android on PC on Techapp. There are 3 options available for installing Android on PC.

I chose to use the Bluestacks option. Bluestacks was easy to install and now I’m going to play with Android :-).

If anyone has installed Android on the PC please share your experience. I will post an update on how Bluestack works.
